In December 2016, Saxum acquired The Vault, a 24,000 sf office/retail building. Located in downtown Red Bank, The Vault offers the walkable amenities today’s employees demand, while the Red Bank Train Station and multiple ferry services provide convenient access to New York City. The Vault is one of the few properties with private parking in downtown Red Bank.
