Sunny Shah, Senior Acquisitions Associate, works on the underwriting, due diligence, financing, and closing activities for Saxum’s acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
Prior to joining Saxum, Sunny worked at Cain International on the equity investments team and at Annaly Capital Management on the real estate debt team. Throughout his career, he has closed over $500M in real estate debt and equity transactions across all property types throughout the United States. Sunny’s real estate experience spans a wide range of asset classes including cold storage, industrial, multifamily, office, hospitality, retail, and life sciences.
Sunny began his career at Altus Group in Research, Valuation, and Advisory where he valued over $8B of institutional quality real estate.
Sunny is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance, minoring in Economics.
