Strategy Overview
Saxum focuses on acquiring undervalued and underperforming middle market assets located in transit-oriented and/or urban-centric communities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions along with select high-growth national markets. Saxum has built a vertically-integrated platform which allows it to facilitate each step of the project life cycle including acquisition, development, construction, leasing, asset management and property management.
Saxum deploys capital through a series of funds as well as separate account vehicles for its investors.
