Romulus Cold Storage

Saxum Real Estate, in partnership with Vukota Capital Management, completed a build-to-suit cold storage facility for tenant Mucci Farms located in Romulus, MI. Mucci Farms, one of the largest distributers of greenhouse vegetables in North America, has leased back 66,300 square feet in Romulus, MI under a long-term lease.

The Michigan warehouse enables Mucci Farms to better handle the additional produce grown from its planned 60-acre greenhouse in Huron, Ohio (currently 24 acres built and harvesting produce) and recent acquisition of Orangeline Farms, a 32-acre pepper grower.
