Chris Vitiello, as Senior Accountant, is responsible for Saxum’s accounting operations, financial reporting and maintaining internal control functions. In addition, Chris is also responsible for streamlining communication between Saxum’s Accounting Team and Property Management Team.
Prior to joining Saxum, Chris spent several years in the public and private accounting sectors. While working for national and regional accounting firms, Chris gained knowledge in the areas of taxation and audit for various industries. With this experience, Chris was able to provide guidance to his clients in regards to tax treatments, accounting methods and internal controls.
In addition, Chris worked as an accountant in the food & beverage industry for one of the nation’s fastest growing private label coffee manufacturers. His responsibilities included financial reporting, account management, creating sound operational procedures and inventory management.
Chris is a graduate of Sacred Heart University with a B.S. in Accounting and The City University of New York with an M.S. in Business Management. Chris is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
